Investment Casting Tooling
The design and manufacture of semi automatic and conventional box type construction tooling. Our range of tooling varies from complete mechanical functioning tools, to dies which require soluble or ceramic cores. We also manufacture the soluble or ceramic tool in house therefore providing the complete tooling package.
Aluminium Injection Mould Tools
The design and manufacture of aluminium injection mould tools to suit customer requirements. The injection mould tools we manufacture range from a straight up and down tool to complex tooling with various mechanical features.
Prototype/Production Machining
We can provide prototypes in various materials, whether it may be a single part or batch work utilizing our Cnc machining centres to provide a rapid delivery. We can also provide help in the early stages of the component design and advise on how to minimise cost of manufacturing.
Rapid Tooling
We are able to provide rapid tooling solutions for specific customer requirements. We can design and manufacture tooling in various materials and this type tooling can be produced at a low cost with a significant improvement on delivery time.
Jigs and Fixtures
The design and manufacture of jigs and fixtures for a variety of uses. These include inspection fixtures, print fixtures, heat staking fixtures, de-gating fixtures and straightening aids for the plastic industry and the investment casting industry. We also provide jigs and fixtures for the automotive and aerospace industries.
Investment Casting Component Machining
We are able to provide services to the investment casting industry to machine the areas on the components that are required after the casting process. We manufacture the tooling for these components and therefore we are aware of the machine stock and allowances on the castings. |
